I’m in NYC! Spent the day walking around and eating 😄 My daughter and I ate a lot! I had a hard time keeping up with her (she has a hollow leg) 😅 We had Indian food first and then hit Nakamura for Ramen, Ferrara’s for pastries, and then Wah Fung for roast pork! We also got some Japanese candy and later we’ll go out for dinner 😃🐽🐽 Her feet are already killing her 😪 I warned her it would be rough. We only logged 6 miles. I do that at work everyday but she is obese and very sedentary so it’s hard for her. I’m literally bribing her with food 🤣 🥟🍣🍰🍜🍕🏃🏾‍♀️

Thanks guys! Everything has been amazing! The broth for the ramen was the best tasting broth I’ve ever had! Totally worth the $13 for the half portion! My daughter will try sometimes. She wants to join the Air-force next year so she knows she’s running out of time. She saw me lose 50 in like 5 months on Keto so she thinks it’s super easy but yeah We all know it’s easy to start a diet. It’s a totally different thing to stay on it 😪
