Woke at 231.6, the same as yesterday. Expected 229 something. Guess my whoosh is coming today. UPDATE: Fasted until 7 pm and weighed 229.2 before that. Denise got me a nice Greek salad at the store. I ate chicken and broccoli after that and added a protein shake. Ended up about 150 calories over target. Will adjust tomorrow.
