I'm ready to leave Kansas! Soon enough, I know, but it feels like every day gets longer and longer. Oh well. I am a little more optimistic about the job hunt since I have applied for a number of positions and also sent in job inquiries with my resume. So we'll see. Guess that means that we will be looking to move shortly after I get home. I have been HORRIBLE with the exercise....um none in quite awhile. At least I have been eating fairly well, and I'm sure within my points each day. I have so much left to do at work that I want to get done and at the same time don't want to do any of it.

My mom had her surgery yesterday (the 30th) and it went well. She's still at the hospital and said the pain from it was only about a 3. However, somehow her cornea on her eye got scratched (this was NOT surgery for her eye). So the only thing we can think happened is that while taping or removing the tape from her eyelids the tape went across her eye. We don't know. But she said her pain from THAT is a 10. Hopefully she will get to go home tomorrow.

Anyway, I need to start Turbo Jamming again, I was doing so well! Evelyn, you're definitely the Turbo Queen now! :)

Off to bed, have to be to work at 7am.
