I lost three pounds, which could just be water, but still, I'm excited. To celebrate the serious change I'm trying to make in my eating, I also decided to get a sweet new bike, which I have been riding around town the past two days. I intend to use the bike instead of the car for all of my travel in town (I live in a city, everything I need is within 10 miles) along with trying to make it to the gym several days a week. I hope that getting more active will help me reach my weight loss goal faster.
