Went a little off the rails this weekend but I so badly wanted a pasta dish and not a “healthyfied ” one. So I made chicken carbonara with eggs and real cream and prosciutto. It was delicious. And now I’m back to routine. Sometimes you just gotta have what you feel like having and be fine with it. I have one more splurge planned this month two weeks from now when we go to the pumpkin patch that sells apple cider and pumpkin doughnuts all made on site (including the cider). It’s a once a year treat I look forward too all year.
