I started using Fatsecret because of its extensive food database and that part really is good. There is one drawback though that is really kinda bugging me. On FitDay I am able to see charts of all of my nutrient breakdowns, all of the different vitamins and minerals that are in what I eat. Here (unless I've missed it) I cannot. I am on blood thinners so it would do me well to keep tabs on how much Vitamin K I am eating on average.

Still no idea where I can weigh. It may be near the end of September before I am able to. That is when I go to my pain management doctor. They have a scale that will weigh me but his practice is in another town and we only travel there once every three months.
