Went to the gym this morning. Me flexing my booty in the mirror 🤣😜😜 and my lunch : Chinese rice and umami turkey burger 😄 My tush is definitely perky #deadlifts and #hipbridges 👍👍👍

@gz9gjg- What do you mean by "glute compression"? Compression shorts? - When my knees fell apart I switched to ankle weights doing bent-leg and stiff-leg kickbacks while on all fours on a bench, plus occasional variations with the same weights. Big change in the roundness (not size) of my derriere; I started enjoying taking a shower ;-) They are only ten pounds each, adjustable to less but I never used less. I've seen women online use more. Three sets/leg/exercise, 20 rep sets. Wear socks and tighten snugly.

TomLong, I mean I consciously squeeze my glutes with every step. The exercises you describe are what I do also. I find bridges are more effective with my feet on a step. I start each glute exercise with a 30 to 60 second hold at the top, then do my set slowly. If it doesn't burn enough, I slow down more and add weight for the next session. My glutes twinge for 2-3 days afterward, and they are rounding nicely, w/o bulking up; which is my goal.

Also, add the bent-leg "fire hydrant" lift with ankle weights - that one burns both sides. I do single sets, very slowly, 8 to 12 reps; then a push and hold.

This reminds me...I have to get back into doing squats again. I sat on a wooden chair the other day and realized all my padding is gone. owie... Knee is 100% again, weather the last few days has been nice and cool so I have no more excuses. Alright...next week...

Lololol you guys 😂Moopie do banded, elevated, hip bridges and you will feel the booty contract 😅 and with tweaking, the booty muscles flail out instead of up/in
