I'm going to the library to check out "In Defense of Food" by Michael Pollan, for a new group I joined (thanks for the invite k8yk). I plan on doing a more intense workout tonight and walking 3 miles in the morning. I'm going to incorporate some 'South Beach' into my eating plans. The South Beach Diet phase 1 has always helped me lose weight, but I've never gotten past Phase 1 so I know this is not the strategy for me, but parts of it work...so I'll take the parts that work and make it part of my new lifestyle. Today will be a good day!

Love the positive thinking, keep it up! I incorporate many different eating styles into my eating plan. If I stick to just one of them, then I know I will eventually stop. So instead I just pull from them what I know will work and that I can keep for the rest of my life. Great job! Have a great day!
