hi guys i’m a 15 year old girl who’s tired of being fat. Honestly i’m so done seeing everyone wearing whatever, i feel so uncomfortable in literally every piece of clothing i have bc of my weight. I really hope u guys can help me out bc before this i kinda starved myself? And now i’m kinda bad at this diet,, i never in my life knew how to eat like a normal person but i’m gonna change that and i WILL lose my weight in a healthy way :)

If you have put your information on the app you will have a good idea about your BMR then depending on what you do on a day you should eat around 300-500kcal below this but not less then your BMR.
