Forgot to check my weight this morning and now I'm already dressed! Anyway, although I did not get one of my typical Turbo Jam DVDs done yesterday I did dance at work - seriously, we had contra dancing. I danced for 1 and a half hours in Civil War period wear. It was great, I had a fantastic time! Sweated up a storm, but feel dehydrated today, so I'm trying to get a lot of water in.

This is my last week in Kansas. I am sad and happy at the same time! I still have so much to do, so at least I'll be busy and I'm attempting to start exercising again.

Things are going well. Got to grab something to eat and get to work, so I'll check in later! Thanks everyone for your encouragement and support last journal.
