Yesterday I was stuck at my Dad's waiting for a phone that needed to be signed for. Phone came in after 3 pm, was supposed to be there at 10 am. kids got home after 4. I did not make good choices; her house is full of "junk foods" that are tasty for kids but nutrient lacking. I blew it. Will probably take a few days to recover. (rolling my eyes).
