Here I go, finally on the downward slope! My plan is to do what my name says, but however the weight is lost I'll be thrilled! I am doing The Master Cleanse right now to kick off this lifestyle change, and to help get rid of all of the crap in my body. So I'm choosing to do 10 days of the cleanse and 5 days of my version of ease out (broth, vegetables, then herbalife shakes, etc). I drank 32 oz of the lemon mixture so far today and plan to match it with water...so full right now x_x ! This time is it, no more excuses, my life depends on it.
