Yay. Pleased with most of that. Especially the Heart Age of 47 (I’m 50!) But my Body Fat is still high at 25.3% (Good is 11-22%). It was 27.3 last year, so really need to work on that.

Great result..top 4%.. and a bit of body fat is fine..Keeps you warm in winter.. :-D
