Stayed home sick yesterday, probably should have today too, but I hate using sick leave. I've still got a raging headache, but my sinuses are starting to get a little better. I hoping I'm on the mend. Yesterday I ate horribly. Whenever I don't feel well I want to eat junk food and that's what I did. Today, being at work I have no junk food, so that's good. No workouts this week because I'm just not up to it. Hopefully, by next week I'll be back into the swing of things. I see the doctor in about a week and a half, so I'm hoping that he can tell me if all of this junk is allergies or what and give me some suggestions as to what I can do or take, because nothing is working right now. On the positive side of things is that my hubby is really getting back into working out and eating better, so he's helping me with healthier dinners. He says he hasn't lost, but that he is feeling much better, so I'm proud of him for sticking with it so far. I think this week when I haven't been working out he's been slacking a little, because he gets competitive with me, like if I do a workout that day he has to get one in too. If he sticks with it, that will help me stick with it too.
