Double Duty exercise: Just Dance 3 with my kids. I'm getting cardio, they're getting exercise, we're spending time together and laughing. I let them pick the songs, no matter what I just do all the moves with high energy. I seem to keep at it longer when I'm playing with them. We try to earn as many stars as possible to unlock new routines and then we get so exited when we do that we end up playing longer. I try to squeeze this in every night after school in addition to my morning workouts. So fun!
