Journal de dithe, 16 mars 13

This was not easy but i think taking extra spinning class 4X a week plus counting calories really works, am so grateful i have done this. From 93.5 kg to 81.8 kg in 2 and half months. I am so proud of myself even thou i wanted to give up on the way.
Everytime i wanted to give up i'll go and read other peoples journals on fatscret members then i pushed myself.

I think everyone can do it just need a little push here and there once in a while. So close to my goal i can feel it.
