i made the mims today and i am truly in heaven! when i found out they taste just like bread! even my 3 year old granddaughter wanted one! had to make 2 lol then i entered it and found out the carbs and now i am crying don't want to give them up! but man that is a lot of total carbs!

Rh, make one, slice it into 4 slices, wrap and freeze three, and eat just one, toasted and slathered in butter, for breakfast. Then you can enjoy the taste without the guilt! When you get ready for breakfast, just grab one slice from the freezer and pop it in the toaster, toaster oven, or regular oven and enjoy!

yes i have been trying to! but i have blown that out of the water for the day lol but i am hoping it wont matter too much since they are not sugar carbs but fiber instead~

That makes sense now. Thank you for that, guess I must have forgotten. And thank goodness I am counting net carbs because for 1.97 net carbs, I can enjoy mine at least 3-4 days a week. The extra fiber really helps.

I entered a custom entry for the MIM that make (2nd day in a row for breakfast MMMM!) and it came out at 3.2 net carbs.
I use 1/4 cup flaxseed, 1 tsp baking pwdr, 1 pk splenda, 1 egg, a tsp of sourcream and then cinnimon or pumpkin pie spice. If its less than 3.2 great, but either way since Im counting net carbs, Im going to keep having them, but just one a day--I could eat a few easily, no doubt!
