Oki so here's a re-cap of the week. Only got to gym 3 days which was an improvement on last week. Pushed myself in the cardio and my colleague who is a crossfit junky drilled the shit out of me on Friday. Felt like throwing up... Ended up swallowing and finishing my set. Felt great the following day. Will have to do it again... But with less burpees this time. The assault bike will be my friend! Doing 2 to 3 ltrs of water a day and I'm still constipated. Been drinking a ware tablet everyday to help with urination... And it's helped a lot. Cut out salts also and taken sugar down to a smidge of what it was. I have been working on my mind set also... Realizing that we eat to live and that we don't live to eat... Weekends are difficult though. Need to start researching more ways to fun up this food thing. Goal for the week - 115kg and a lot more cardio. See ya'll later and may it be a weightloss week for all!!
