Fell off the wagon when I lost my job last December and had trouble with grocery money, and I've been back on Atkins for a month or two now.

Every time I stop watching what I eat, I remember what it feels like to be sluggish and weighed down after each meal. I haven't felt that since I started back. And I've been losing slowly but steadily, so I'm going to try to stick it out this time!

So hello again, fatsecret buddies! I'm back.
