Wow..what a busy morning. I'm reading this book by Robin Sharma - "The 5am Club". It's my goal to get up at 5am every morning- which is way too early but I need to do it! If I want to become a different person, I need to get out of my comfort zone. Anyway, I had a good weekend- worked a few hours each day which was fine. I got the flu shot yesterday!!

My food has been good! Since the weather has been cold, I've been eating more soup. Great news...I was able to work out 3 days last week total miles were 8 miles!!! I just want to be consistent with working 3 days a week and increase it gradually and continue to implement more stretching on my off days.
