My son is up in the middle of the night with a stomach bug and he's throwing up. So now I'm up and unable to sleep. This is going to be challenging day for both of us. I just have to remember that it's okay if I eat a little more today since I'll be awake longer...and tired...so I might need the day off from exercise too. That's fine, my son and my house (oh gosh...the mess, I've been in and out for two days) need some extra attention.
