Wow very observant! I thought the serving size may have changed (my veggie burger slyly did that once) but no!

On a separate note, regardless of ni, is that stuff good? I am intrigued, yet afraid.

I really like it, you can just mix it in with different things or sprinkle on top of other things. You may just have to find out how you prefer it. They cost between $4-$7 depending where you buy it

Labels change quite often I find. It looks like they decided their tablespoons were only 5 grams and not 9 grams. What is it?

Im wondering if the original measurement was if you completely compacted it into the tablespoon, or before they shredded the stuff, and now maybe it is just the weight of the flaked product in the measuring spoon

Are the ingredients the same? Change in weight per tablespoon is unusual.

Hmmm, different weight servings, 5 gm and 9 gm. Maybe, different density? Makes sense the 9 gm tbsp would have more cals, carbs.

I think this is why sticklers prefer to weigh their food and hope-for-the-besters, such as myself, prefer measuring cups/volume measurement.

The grams are different, they both say 1 tablespoon but the lower-calorie one is 5g and the other is 9g.

Yes, i noticed that while using it this morning. Kind of why i was thinking it was possibly weight as a chunk, or compressed tablespoon, and the other being the loose tablespoon. I noticed whenever i tried to just use just the tablespoon it was very light, when getting my food scale, i started using that and one tablespoon never weight 9 grams, i ended up having to use multiple tablespoons to equate to the 9 grams. I stopped using the tablespoon for this since it was not accurate to the weighted serving, and when purchasing this new bottle(from a different store than i regularly would because they stopped carrying it at that store) is when this difference of labels happened. Now im confused which is the accurate one, or if neither are accurate. It is a small amount of calories but still, the OCD part in my brain is itching for an answer lol.

one container says 14 servings and the other 25 servings. I have seen this with lean cuisine dinners also.

Sadly, there is no health food stores where i live, the only stores here are albertsons, fred meyer, walmart, and shirms thunderbird, and holiday market just opened but i dont like to go there with them being new and how high the prices are there(double or triple what everything is at other stores).
