it’s roughly the same calories per gram... my guess is they updated it in order to play it safe on what a tablespoon weighs since people like to pack their spoons and round them. 

One has 5 grams and another one 9 grams 

I had that happen to me once with my favorite snack...the calories went from 140 to 260!! I emailed customer support and was actually super surprised at their honesty...they said they get their product from outside of the U.S. and upon further product research they learned the more accurate nutrition facts...crazy. I also recall reading as a teenager that nutritional information in the U.S. doesn't even need to be 100% accurate...it's something like 20% it's allowed to be off or something (unless that's changed since I read that)....knowing that has actually helped me not be too too obsessive about tracking every tiny thing...just a rough idea is all it takes to be successful... 

Totally concur with you Sharon — I used to make food labels (including the nutrition panels)... the manufacturers rely on third-party lab results, the packer is sometimes not the manufacturer, and the company whose brand it is likely isn’t the packer. And typos happen.
