Getting things ready for my neices wedding...awoke with my neck stiff again! I guess it is the nervous excitement? I haven't slept well for a few nights.Weight is down to a new low! YEAH!!I had gained 5 lbs over the Holidays and then 5 more during a terrible URI with asthma that required treatment with steroids TWICE,breathing treatments - THE WORKS. I have fought those 10 pounds for months!!They are gone for good and I am in NEW NUMBERS!!
