You can keep up with this challenge if you keep communicating with others. My big tip I found was to eat 70% of all my calories for the day before 3 or 4pm (dinner at lunch) then eat lightly or have a really nutritious shake with lots of fibre in it around 7:30 then NOTHING after 8 pm. I lost 4 pounds the first week I did that. It's hard to do if you are having a hectic day and can't eat a big meal by 3 or 4 but whenever you do it really works!
