Staying the same after being gone for two weeks is great! It's definitely harder when you're away from home. Kudos to you for not gaining! I hear you about the exercise, sister! I need to move more too. They say you should start out slow and gradually increase your exercise so that you don't hurt yourself and give up. Us gals in the slow losers club definitely have to work harder. Good luck!
