Lettygaylor, I'm wanting to just give you my opinion. I know you didn't ask for it and know I might get a lot of flak from people reading this post. I'm going to throw it out there anyway. I think you have a great great body with awesome muscles. I am just amazed that you were so heavy and now you've got such a great body. I have seen your post in the past and I thought you were probably an old 70 year old lady. When I just looked at some of these pictures and saw your face up close I realized you are just a little young lady. You must have dyed your hair gray. That really threw me. You have a beautiful face. Now here's what I want to say. I am the old lady, and I am very obese. 

Here is the second part of my post. You will look old enough with gray hair soon enough without dying it gray. I know this a fad thing going on right now is to have gray hair, but you are so young and so pretty and have such a nice figure that wearing your hair gray in front of your face makes you just appear to be my age. When I saw how young you were I wondered why would you dye your hair gray and let it hang in front of your beautiful face. This is my suggestion, take it or leave it. Pull your hair back and wear it up off your face so we can see how pretty you are. My granddaughter used to be just like that and she's so pretty and I told her so and I told her to wear her hair up and now she does and she's beautiful. I know if you wear your hair up you also will let everyone see how beautiful you are. I'm just saying.

Ahhh I think her hair is naturally gray? Totally your choice Letty. I’m 45 and have a few here or there and plan on letting it go as gray as it wants, no dye, everyone’s personal choice. Like food, what workouts we choose, whatever...let’s be careful not to offend. ❤️ 

I actually don't dye my hair grey. I started going grey in my early twenties. I did dye it....to cover the grey. It was very expensive and after about 10 years I stopped dying it to covering the grey. I figured if that's how my hair was going to be then so be it. All the dying was very damaging. So I let it go grey. I've had it grey since my early 30s. Now it's the style and everyone thinks I dye it grey. I do not. It's my natural hair. I wear it down at the gym so I'll sweat more. I'm not a sweater unless it's down. So that's why I have it loose. Sometimes I do braid it or put it in a pony tail but not very often. I'm 42 fixing to be 43 in a few months. I don't wear makeup...ever...I don't dye my hair...never again. So all the pics you see are me are natural as I come. 🤗😁🤗😁🤗😁

I get lots of questions about my hair too. It doesn't bother me at all to answer them. I get tons of compliments from women and men. I've even had a few women tell me that since I was brave enough to let it go natural they decided to let theirs go natural too 😃

I started going grey at a young age (runs in the family) I used to color mine too and decided to let it go a few years ago. I also get so many compliments. Letty you are a beautiful lady and you shine. Be you.

Not that it's any of my business and I apologize to anyone I might have offended for saying what I did. My guess, 30 at most. You are very pretty and inspiring. Thank you for setting me straight. No worries! People are usually surprised that I'm in my early 40s. I'm very much used to answering questions about my weight loss and my hair 😂😂😂🤗🤗🤗🤗 I think it's better when people ask me that way I can tell them myself. I've had people talk about me behind my back, which is worse than just asking me. So pretty much ask me anything I don't mind at all. 🤗🤗🤗♥️♥️♥️ 

Ok Lettygaylor, you gave permission so I would like to ask a few questions. How long did it take you to go from your high weight to your weight now? And then I would like to ask you, what way of eating are you doing? Is it c i c o, or Keto or what? I am so happy that you decided at a young age to make changes, because I am an older senior and take a ton of medications and I just keep holding water and I have a very difficult time no matter what I do to lose weight. I wish I had made changes when I was your age. You are just the cutest thing walking, and you're so thin. I only wish, and I'm so happy for all of you young girls that are on here that you are taking care of yourselves. It is not easy when you get older.
