Today started well and then the healthy eating went down the drain as the springbok spirit kicked in!!!! And i looked at my chicken and veg lunch with ppl eating chips.... So i started with Chips with my lunch... Then the melktert and chocolate!! But WELL DONE BOKKE!!! YOU MADE US PROUD!!! 2019 WORLD CUP CHAMPION'S

Thanx its not every day we have a WORLD CUP!!! tomorrow lots of water for monday weigh in. But you still feal so bad for not eating Wright

It happened again today :/ the next 5 days no cheating for me!!! Its weird that once you start you just keep going...

I had the same, but not with chips/chocolate- too many whiskies was my downfall 😩 But we put the bad behind us and push forward 😅
