I've never received any notification from FS. But I don't use the app, I go to the website. Sometimes when I record my weight it will give me a message like "you've lost 2.6 pounds since your last weigh in. At this rate you will reach goal in 3 weeks" then the next weigh in, same message except it will take 6 months at the current rate.

Yes fritzy. On my laptop it will freak out if I have a drop too large. If I gain it reminds me that my goal is to lose. 🤣 and then the phone is usually one reminder of how to lose, not 3. Even if I were to fast all day...I'll get a reminder saying my dinner needs to only be 500 calories to "power me through 8 hours of sleep ". I probably have some weird settings chosen.
