Kind of blew it today and yesterday. It's hard to stay on course with company, especially on weekends when food is so accessible all the time. It's hard not to nibble(a lot)with appetizers and snacks all over the place. It's the carbs. They're really bad. Tomorrow's another day. Here's hoping for the best.
