I already look good at 188... But that's not my end goal. My end goal is to look great. If another woman is happy at my size - more power to her. 🤷🏻‍♀️😜

150 is too low at this point for you DP. Also, sometimes scale means nothing. I have a rule. -100 at least if you lift for a woman. So 175cm - 100 if a woman lifts heavy and is endomorph. 75 kg 165lbs. If ecto it’s less.

Google said 100 pounds for 5' and 5# for each additional inch. But I have plenty of time to figure it out. Lmao. Its a snail's pace these days.

Princess, I just measured my wrist... I have never done that before. It is 6.25 inches (close as I can tell with some help holding the tape). With all your muscles... And the ones still coming, I think 150 would be extremely thin for you. Just my unsolicited opinion! 😁 ❤️

Melissa- are we the same height? I want what you have! I don't want to be overweight. You're 145. I mean- I can't even picture getting my fat ass to 170 at this point so we'll see where this FS journey takes me but I think you look fabulous!!

Do you pull the tape tight to the bone? I wouldn't think it would be accurate at a higher BF, CB.

Just logging here with the tall ladies...used to be 5'9" but I'm now 5'8" after 4 back surgeries. I'm 181 pounds now with little muscle and I don't look at all like DP from the waist up. I carry it in the midsection (working to change that). It's all in your fitness level and amount of muscle. She is where I would like to be...but most of my workouts work my core or legs as I'm not allowed to lift weights. Trying to get permission to do resistance with my arms on non-dialysis days. Oh, and my wrists are 7". Scroll on.....

Yeah that's tight. I'm that guy at concerts etc when they give me a wrist band they always have to say something stupid because it barely fits around my wrist.

Princess, I am really honored by your kind words! You are taller than me by about an inch I think. I'm a shred under 5'8" I've always been on the heavy side of any calculator because my bones honestly are really big and I grew up working physically really hard. I had lots of muscle that is starting to return. 😁 I just know that people think I weigh less than I do because of my height and bone size. You are changing so much... I know not as fast as you want, but you have so much of which to be proud!
