well i am doing good i am learning to have my carbs in the morning and then live on protein and fruits and veggies durning the rest of my meals and i find i like dieting better too. and all though i cant excercise as of right now due to my back my dr said no excerciseing for a couple of weeks wich is ok i just have to learn to stay right at my points wich is 25 27 points a day love to all shelly.

You know...that's a very similar eating style to how I was eating when I was wanting to lose the weight. Usually I'd plan my carbs, if not for lunch, Id shoot for breakfast. I hope this works for you. Go get 'em!
