Ate healthy the entire day but had a customer dinner last night with shooters and way too much wine. Not a fan of this time of year as it’s my job to entertain !

vodka soda may have to become your friend... or light wine with heaps of ice. any amount of alcohol for me, and I swell like a balloon and it takes me a good 4 days to come down after drinking. all the best. tis the season 🍾🥂
