So I need some suggestions. With my final goal in site (I go back and forth between 150 and 155 as my goal) I realize that I will have to up my caloric intake to maintain weight. However, I feel like I am going to have a hard time doing this. For the past couple of months I have averaged roughly 800-900 calories a day and I stay full. In fact, I had a second banana the other night and could barely move I felt so full. So my question is what are some healthy high calorie options or supplements for once I start maintenance weight?

This is incredible, you have lost 68 lbs since July. Nice job, indeed. Here's one approach, but depends on your food tastes. With your carbs in the 100+ range as they are (if those are Net), you can increase fats in your food. Currently your fats are pretty low. Fats contain over twice the cals as carbs or proteins, and when the body has ample carbs to burn (100+ as in your diary), it burns more carbs and less fats, meaning the fats get stored (weight). But, that is not necessarily "lean" weight. When I eat way less fats, way more veggies, it is indeed very hard for me to get the calories I need in a day. Veggies just fill you up.

Yes, as Bella says, both of those are fatty foods. 1 gm of fat is 9 calories, whereas 1 gm of sugar (carb) is only 4 cals, proteins are even slightly less.

hummus, peanut butter, but homemade or organic, cottage cheese with fruit an honey. I'm trying to eat 800 kcal a day, any recommendations?

Almonds.... any flavor you like😊, raw veggies with a hummus, guacamole or ranch-blue cheese dip, granola bars

So the biggest thing that helped me with sustaining the 800-900 cals was getting used to smaller portions as I dropped my intake down to that. I was so used to oversized portions that the size of the plates I eat now would have seemed absurd. I also didn't jump straight to that low of an intake. I think I dropped my intake to 1200 or so calories when I first started. As for what to eat, I eat a lot of turkey wraps. I mean, a LOT. My other secret is my cheat days are still good days. A cheat day for me is a veggie pizza and my normal snacks. I'm still under 1100 cals on my cheat days. Oh, and I avoid drinking anything with high calories. Skim milk has the most calories per serving out of the beverages I drink. Hope this helps. :)

Hard boiled eggs, olives, peanut or almond butter. Cheeses. Air fried chicken or pork chops. Jack links jerkey

Avocados, bacon, and sausage. Obviously the last two in moderation.
