So after a fun weekend I weighed myself on Mon... and got very sad... the last time I had weighed myself I was at 140, so I weighed myself and it read 142 :( I was sooo upset, but it mad me focus a lot more and then I weighed myself on Wed. and it was at a flat 139!!!! I jumped for joy <3 I'm going to keep pushing myself... I'm going to try to drop 2-3lbs in the next week. I think this is more than possible with cuttign back on my calories and going to the gym twice a day.
