Back again after a 14 month hiatus. I have been on prednisone since Oct.2018 and have gained 25 unwanted pounds. I will be weaned off the drug on Dec.14 so I have now started back on MFS to get back down to 175 lbs. I noticed a lot of new members. Glad to have you with us and wish you the best.
