So, not a big drop, but 5 lbs last week was bigger than usual and 6 lbs over 2 weeks does keep me at my 3 lb a week average. Also started lifting the last couple of weeks, so I may be getting more muscle which weighs more. :) Overall, pretty satisfied with how things are going. I'm still looking at a goal of 155 eventually (possibly, seeing as how good I feel where I'm at). But for now I'm focusing more on that body fat percentage.
