As I've began weight training over the last few weeks and developed more lean body mass I have become satisfied with how I look in the low 160s. I have adjusted my goal from 155 to 160 and am starting to focus on muscle development and body fat percentage. It's been quite the journey over these last 4 and a half months. Many turkey wraps and lbs later I feel like I'm a whole different person. And I'm excited for the next part of this journey, maintaining and toning. This summer it seemed like a long shot to lose 10 lbs, let alone almost 70. Dont give up folks, you'll thank yourself later.
