Pre-Thanksgiving fasting mimicking diet (FMD) had good results as I'm back to 222.2. I usually don't weigh in officially until the end of the day, but who are we kidding? It's not like I'm going to be LIGHTER after Thanksgiving Dinner! Enjoy the day! UPDATE: I was right, of course! Evening weigh in after lots of additional snacks was 229.0. It was a nice day.
