Woke at 229.8, up 2.8 from yesterday. I felt the water retention (and it proved out on the scale). Resting at home today so I'll start with protein coffee and then do liquids only until dinner. UPDATE: Already made a liar out of myself. Got super frustrated doing health insurance for 2020 and ate a protein bar. Also added a generous amount of vodka to some water! Someone who can write an app to take all the potential health plans and determine the best option for a person will be a multimillionaire. UPDATE: Still in an incredibly pissy mood after the healthcare stuff. Not moving any water has not helped my mood. Got to 229.2 before dinner. No doubt the dam will break while I am in several meetings tomorrow! ;)
