Once a month (on our anniversary) my husband and I have date night. Last night was date night. I totally overate 🤦🏻‍♀️ Had the most amazing pasta (and 2 slices of his pizza). I’m usually very strong in resisting less good foods but I always struggle after a cheat meal to get back on track. It’s now or never so we went for a walk and I ate very good today (high nutrition, low in fat & calories = every three hours). Let’s do this 💪🏻
