I woke at 217.8, up 1.4 from yesterday after eating late at the Madrigal Dinner last night. I doubled my carb target but stayed close to calories. Will do protein coffee today and then OMAD. UPDATE: Got really hungry this afternoon and ate at 4 pm. Weighed in at 218.0 before that. I have a big week of eating with lunches out almost every day, and then Christmas week. It will be quite a challenge keeping my return to the 2-teens.
