So yeah, jumpin on the wagon again....ugh...itll never end!! So Im going to start small this time, nothing drastic that'll make me want to jump off. Plus school n work starts back up so I really cant fall off this time :)...maybe
Like today, I had a bowl of honey nuts cereal, been craving for cheese fries...so I'll get that and that'll be my lunch and Ill have brown rice/lemon fish/ and eggs for dinner. This should work right?
I thought of this because I was reading k8's "this is not a diet" and she included to eat what I wanted to because our body does need the fat, just in smaller portions. So if im craving it, I should get it, and just keep eating healthy for the rest of the day should help right>???
