Running- How do you get into it?! I went to a path in the woods with shades, with music, light clothes and Id run for like a min, catch my breath for like 10 then do it again, did this I think for like a mile (like 3-4 mins run in)...but didnt do it for the mile back because I was getting pains in my side and felt like I couldve crapped myself!! As soon as I got in my car and sat down n calmed down it went away...JEEZ!!! How did you guys build up to it?
