Thanks in part to FS, I successfully maintained at 150 goal for the whole year! I worked the first 4 months of the year repairing hurricane damage to our vacation home in Mexico Beach, FL. The whole area was wiped out bu hurricane Michael and competent contractors were not to be had, so I ended up doing it all myself, (except for roofing - I don’t do roofing any more at my age). But the repair and construction work was great exercise and I didn’t miss working out. Over the summer, a couple of great vacations in Japan and Belize were a little nerve wracking since reliable scales were not on the agenda, and calculating calories for all the restaurant meals was a guessing game. But with all the activity, (walking over fifty miles per week), I was pleasantly surprised to find I actually lost a few pounds on each trip.
