I think Janelleas journal entry was my little diet angel telling me to back away from the watermelon bowl!! lol. I knew it was a high GI food but didn't want to admit to myself that it really was. I don't like the fact that any fruit is a bad fruit to eat. That ticks me off big time! But, it is what it is. And yesterday I had a two huge bowls of watermelon! It is just my summertime delight! Man I love it so much. And yesterday at wal-mart they had HUGE seedless watermelons for just $4. OMG....it was the best watermelon I have ever had! In fact I think I am going to go get another, my kids eat it like candy. So, I guess that was my big cheat for the weekend. And if that is the worst it gets, I am ok with that! Hope you all have had a great weekend. I am off to see the Dark Knight with my husband. the plan is to only take in enough money to buy the movie tickets and nothing more. So maybe I won't cave and eat popcorn!!

Funny how so many things that are supposedly good for us are to be avoided on SBD. I was reading the Good Fats Good Carbs Guide yesterday and was surprised that we should avoid watermelon. That's usually one of the things I'll get off a salad bar because it is the healthier choice. I'm sure you'll be just fine if that's the worse thing you ate! Have fun at the movies!

I'm right with you on the watermelon, Gracie. I LOVE it too! It's not fair that it's so high in carbs :( I let myself have fruit on weekends and if there's watermelon around, I'll eat it!! :D
