I have that same problem. This might not work for you, but it has helped me. I set my coffee maker to automatically make coffee in the morning. I get up about 15 minutes earlier and have coffee waiting for me. The coffee is enough simulation to get me interested in the idea of working out. I've found that I would out a lot harder if I've had some coffee in me first. Odd, but true.
