I had been looking at my diet calender and I have a calorie deficit everyday.. so i thought hey lets jump on the scale and see what that dirty bastard has to say.. Well I just got on the scale.. what a mistake.. it showed a 6 lb increase.. WTH how is that even possible.. I know it is my tom.. and maybe I am retaining water.. and normally i weigh first thing in the am at like 730 before eating and drinking.. and today I did it after 1 pm so after snacks, lunch, breakfast and such.. normally I dont flip over the scale.. but 6 freaking lbs.. holy crap.. I am gonna get on the scale on sat morning first thing.. and it had better have better news. :P

Ok what is tom? And if you remember I weighed in one day a few weeks ago first thing in the morning, and then I weighed in again the next morning and I went up 5 lbs. (same time of the day). But then a couple of days later I was down the 5 lbs and then some more. So as hard as it is, ignore it. Know that you are doing what you need to do and keep up the good work. It is just some water retention (salt?) or hormone flucuation
