Today begins my new journey as I implement my restrictive fad diet...

It's limited to an *optional* 24-hour daily eating window in which I must fast until I'm hungry.
I'll listen to my body and once I get hungry, it's time to stop fasting and begin eating like my coworker, Daniel "Big Flex" Cooper... he's got a biiiiiig appetite 😉

Bella, on this diet "confused" is an exercise category, it's counts toward your overall calorie deficit, burns more glucose with extra brain activity.

Well, all I know is Jen and me are doing the Slaw Diet and slawing all those veggies also counts toward our calorie deficit. ;) Bells and Mrs.R, it's Chris, you are supposed to be confused and feel out of the loop. :D

I’ll do it too! I already fast for 14 hours in a 24 hour period. Longer if I get busy and forget to eat or take a mid morning nap.
