I am back on this diet journey.

Today I am on Day 3 of the HCG diet. Where the real dieting begins, I have to admit that the first 2 days of loading wee fun! Lets see how this goes, this diet is moe restricted but I will search for recipes to change it up a bit. Many people a work ae doing it, kathy is my patner, we started the same day!!!! so happy to have a paner, hopefully she will join me on fatsecret to keep our logs! We weigh ourselves every week......hope to have the scale on my side this time!

Sorry to sound like a noob but what's the HCG diet?

its a diet where you take HCG (hormone free) drops 3 x a day and vitamin b12 too. the first two days you eat anything you want while taking the drops and on day 3 you start a strict diet regiment. you can check it out at betterthanhcg.com
